The Customer Access Specialist has the primary responsibility of providing a friendly, knowledgeable point of initial contact for consumer inquiries for comprehensive e system resource information in an efficient and customer-service oriented manner. Fairview On Call is Fairview's vehicle to provide direct human response to all customers, including physicians, internal clinical and non-clinical department, Fairview patients and their families and the general public. Assist customers through various dedicated phone lines including but not restricted to general calls, pharmacy services, rehab services, Caregiver Assurance, and class registration. Facilitate communication and consultation aspects for physicians.
The schedule for this position will be a 3-week rotation schedule and the current schedule we are looking to fill is as follows:
