  • Overview

    The Respiratory Care Manager has accountability for the management of people, finances, and business operations for Respiratory Care, Pulmonary Diagnostics, and EKG. The Manager assures that customers are the focus of all business activities and that employee satisfaction is the essential ingredient within all efforts. Ensures that high quality services are provided within professional regulatory and accrediting body standards, and that overall clinical performance meets or exceeds best practice benchmarks. Develops and administers policies and procedures, operating and capital budgets.

    This is a full-time opportunity (1.0 FTE, 80 hrs/ pay period) to manage a team of approximately 45 RTs and an Educator at our Long Term Acute Care facility, Bethesda Hospital, in St. Paul.

    Provides technical expertise and acts as liaison for Respiratory Care Standard of Practice, Equipment, Policies and Procedures

    • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field
    • Current MN licensed Respiratory Therapist (MN Board of Medical Practice)
    • Current Registered Respiratory Therapist, RRT (NBRC)
    • 5 years respiratory care experience
    • 1 year healthcare supervisory/ leadership experience


    • EEG, EKG, and EMG experience
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)
    • ACLS
