Join our team in driving a healthier future.
M Health Fairview is an award-winning nonprofit health care system with more than 35,000 employees. Based in Minneapolis, we deliver care at all stages of life and are committed to high value health—superior outcomes and an exceptional experience at a lower cost of care. Passionate, innovative employees are essential to our future as we seek to heal, discover and educate for longer, healthier lives.
In 2015, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality named Fairview Clinics as one of eight “exemplar” integrated behavioral health primary care models across the country. Integrated care is a result of an engaged primary care team and Behavioral Health Clinician providing patient-centered care addressing mental health and substance abuse conditions, health behaviors, stressors, social determinants of health, and ineffective patterns of health care utilization. At Fairview, integrated care is a “team sport.”
We are currently hiring for the Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) position, a key role within a multi-disciplinary team in the Integrated Behavioral Health model. We are looking for behavioral providers with strong diagnostic, clinical, team engagement, and patient care skills who enjoy innovation, variability in your work day, and being a part of an exceptional team.
