Produces employee’s schedules with assistance of department clinical leaders, adjusts schedules including filling open shifts to target, matches daily staffing to current demand and processes time stamp adjustment forms to ensure our employees are paid correctly. Works with nursing management to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained throughout the process. Utilizes Lean methodology to continuously improve the work. Actively engaged in developing a culture of team work and every day problem solvers.
The is a part-time, benefit eligible opportunity (0.8 FTE, 64 hours/ pay period) to work evenings during the week (3pm-11:30pm), every third weekend, and rotating holidays.
