  • Overview

    Responsible for the coordination and accountability of clinical regulatory and accreditation compliance across the organization.

    Responsibilities/Job Description

    • Maintains knowledge of, and complies with, all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
    • Actively participates in creating and implementing improvements.


    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 3 to 5 years’ experience required in a clinical setting


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master’s Degree
    • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)


    Other Required Skills

    • Experience in Quality and Performance Improvement
    • Experience working with regulatory requirements, including experience in working with physicians, leaders and staff, experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, and accreditation/regulatory surveys.
    • Experience in Data abstraction and interpretation and Software management
    • Knowledge of quality and improvement principles, tools and methods.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Joint Commission, CMS, MDH, DHS, and other accreditation bodies. Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Data management skills.
    • Clinical knowledge base with review and assessment of clinical records and data.
    • Evidence-Based Practice knowledge and skills.
